Electric Oscillating Tool (EOT)

An electric oscillating tool uses powered blades that move rapidly up and down to cut softer materials with minimal distortion.

The tool path is pre-programmed using specialised software. This controls the speed, depth, and position of each cut. The electric drive provides consistent power and fast blade movement, ideal for tight corners and complex shapes.

A powerful vacuum system holds materials like foam, cardboard, leather, and textiles firmly in place during cutting. This prevents slippage and ensures clean results.

The digital system allows quick job setup and fine control of each operation, leading to high output without losing precision.

Common materials: Leather, rubber, foam, foam board, textiles, composite materials, honeycomb board, cardboard, folding carton, and corrugated plastic.
