Magnetic and Ferro Signage

Our magnetic and ferro print solutions use magnetic attraction to create a versatile and reusable mounting system. Rather than relying on permanent fixtures such as screws, adhesives or solvents, they allow graphics to be effortlessly changed, repositioned, and removed, making them ideal for retail displays, point of purchase (or point of sale) graphics, educational environments, exhibitions, and vehicle signage.

There are two different methods in using these systems:

Magnetic Tape

Flexible Magnetic Tape (Adhesive-Backed)

This tape is a rubber- or ferrite-based magnetic strip, with adhesive on one side. It adheres to surfaces like wood, plastic, or metal and allows lightweight items such as photos, signage, shelf labels, to attach magnetically. Various widths and thicknesses are available, e.g., 10-25 mm width, and 1–2 mm thickness.

Matched-Pair Magnetic Tape (Types A & B)

This system offers two tapes (Type A and Type B), with opposite magnetic poles. Type A affixes to one surface, type B to another, and they attract each other. This is useful when both surfaces aren’t ferrous, yet either will fix to a steel surface. Particularly useful for attachments to acrylic, glass, or aluminium.

Ferro (Ferrous) Tape

Ferro or receptive steel tape is a steel strip with adhesive backing, allowing non-magnetic substrates such as painted walls or wooden panels to accept magnets. This transforms any surface into a magnetic-attached zone.

Available in rolls, these tapes enable interchangeable displays, menu boards, calendars, and signage, in almost any settings. For strong performance, neodymium magnets are recommended when attaching to ferro surfaces.

Applications

Retail & POP Displays

Magnetic adhesive tape on shelves allows quick swap-outs of POS, labels and promotional graphics. Useful when branding changes frequently.

Signage & Exhibitions

Poster graphics or sign panels can be fixed using magnetic strips to ferro-tape backing. Alternatively, matched-pair systems (A and B) let you attach to acrylic frames without metallic substrates.

Office, Home, & Education

Photo collages, artwork, calendars, memos, and educational materials can be placed on walls made receptive by ferro tape. Neodymium-enhanced magnetic tape ensures reliable adhesion.
