Aluminium Composite Material (also referred to as an Aluminium Composite Panel) is manufactured by combining two aluminium skins and a black LDPE (low density polyethylene) core. The skins can range in thickness from as little as 0.12mm up to 0.3mm thick. The corona treated surface is perfect for UV flatbed printing. Additionally, uniform flatness and dimensional sheet stability ensure these panel are an excellent choice for full coverage digital printing.
